Terms and Conditions for Parants/ Students

Welcome to Allied Tutors Pakistan! By requesting a tutor through our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and professional tutoring experience.

1. Tutor Matching Process
Allied Tutors Pakistan will recommend tutors based on subject, level, and location (for home tuition) or preferences (for online tuition).
The final decision is yours after the demo session. You may accept or reject the tutor based on performance or compatibility.

2. Free Demo Class Policy
You are entitled to a free demo class for 1 or 2 days, depending on the agreement.
If you're not satisfied during the demo, you may request a replacement tutor without any charges.

3. Fee Payment Policy
First Month: All tuition fees for the first month must be paid directly to Allied Tutors Pakistan. Tutors are not allowed to collect this payment.
From Second Month: You may pay the tutor directly unless otherwise directed by the company.
Important Notice: If any parent or student attempts to deal directly with the tutor during or before the first month, Allied Tutors Pakistan will not be responsible for any issues, such as missed sessions or unresponsiveness.
We highly recommend sending the first-month fee to the academy to ensure secure transactions and proper follow-up.

4. Payment Deadline
Monthly tuition fees must be paid within the first 3 to 5 days of every new month.
Advance Payment: Once you're satisfied after the demo, the first month's tuition fee must be submitted to Allied Tutors Pakistan before starting regular sessions.

5. Tutor Safety & Respect
Parents and students must provide a safe, respectful, and harassment-free environment for tutors.
Special care and respect must be shown toward female tutors. Any misconduct may result in blacklisting and possible legal action.

6. Tutor Replacement Requests
You may request a tutor change after the demo session or at the end of the first month.
Exceptions apply in serious cases (e.g., misconduct or unprofessional behavior).
If such an issue occurs and you are unable to continue the full month, you must contact Allied Tutors Pakistan immediately for assistance.
Repeated, unjustified replacement requests may result in service suspension.

7. Communication & Privacy
All tuition-related communication must go through official Allied Tutors Pakistan WhatsApp or contact channels.
Sharing personal contact details before demo approval is discouraged and may violate our safety policies.

8. Cancellation or Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please inform the tutor at least 2–3 hours in advance.
Frequent last-minute changes may affect tutor availability and the overall service quality.

9. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided once the demo is accepted and the first class has been conducted.
In case of disputes, Allied Tutors Pakistan will assess the situation and offer a fair resolution based on evidence.

10. Legal Compliance
Any attempt to bypass fee payment, deal directly with the tutor without involving Allied Tutors Pakistan, or engage in unethical behavior may result in legal action and service termination.

11. Policy Updates
Allied Tutors Pakistan reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
Continued use of our platform implies your acceptance of the latest version.

By hiring a tutor through Allied Tutors Pakistan, you confirm:
"I have read, understood, and agreed to follow the terms and conditions set by Allied Tutors Pakistan. I assure timely payments, respectful behavior, and full cooperation with all policies."
