Terms and Conditions for Tutor/ Teachers

By registering as a tutor with Allied Tutors Pakistan, you agree to follow our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your application.

1. Tutor Agreement
By applying through Allied Tutors Pakistan, you agree to follow all rules, policies, and processes provided by the academy.

Commission Policy
- If your first-month fee is below PKR 25,000, a 50% commission applies.
- If it is PKR 25,000 or more, a 60% commission applies.
- For short-term tuitions (45 days or less), a 20% to 40% commission is charged depending on the duration.

2. Fee Collection & Payment
- First Month: Fees are collected by Allied Tutors. Tutors should not collect fees directly.
- Payment Timing:
    - If documents (degree, CNIC) are submitted, payment is made within 3–4 days.
    - Without documents, payment is made at the end of the month.
- From Month 2: Fees may be collected by tutors, unless directed otherwise.

3. No Direct Payments or Contact
- Tutors must not deal directly with parents/students or collect fees privately.
- Violation may result in blacklisting, legal action, or a fine up to PKR 50,000.

4. Verification & Demo Class
- Parent/student identity and location must be verified.
- A free demo class (up to 2 days) is required.
- Tutors can decline during the demo phase.

5. Attendance & Completion
- Once selected, tutors must complete at least the first month.
- For safety issues or big changes, contact Allied Tutors first. Do not leave on your own.

6. Class Cancellation
- Notify Allied Tutors at least 2–3 hours before rescheduling or cancelling.
- More than 3 changes may lead to a PKR 1,000–5,000 fine.

7. Professional Conduct
- Be punctual, professional, and respectful at all times.
- Avoid off-topic talk. Dress appropriately. Use only official channels for communication.

8. Safety & Privacy
- Share live location during home demo classes.
- All personal and student data is confidential and used only for academy purposes.
- Policy violations may lead to termination.

9. Withdrawal Rules
- You can withdraw during the demo phase.
- After selection, withdrawal is allowed only in serious cases (safety, major changes) and must be discussed with Allied Tutors.
- You cannot cancel after your application is shared with a student.

10. Policy Updates
- These terms may be updated. Continuing to use our platform means you accept any future changes.

FAQS From Terms and Conditions

No, we do not charge any registration fee from teachers. You can join us for free. We believe in supporting teachers, not burdening them.

Yes. You can choose to work with home tuitions, online tuitions, or both — as per your comfort and availability.

You can refuse during the demo phase. However, once the student confirms you, you are expected to complete at least the first month of tuition.

If you face any issues like an unsafe environment, unexpected changes in tuition requirements, or any other serious concern, you must inform Allied Tutors Pakistan immediately.
You are not allowed to leave the tuition on your own without informing the academy.

Leaving a tuition without notice goes against our Terms and Conditions and may result in penalties or blacklisting.

The academy (Allied Tutors Pakistan) collects the tuition fee from the client/parent in the first month. The tutor does not collect fees directly.

  • If you submit your original degree or verified documents to Allied Tutors, your fee will be transferred within 3 to 4 days.

  • If your documents are not submitted, then your payment will be transferred at the end of the month.

  • In the second month and onward, the tutor will continue receiving the fee via the academy, unless stated otherwise.

No. Tutors are strictly not allowed to collect fees directly or try to contact students/parents privately.
If any tutor tries to do this:

  • Legal action will be taken.

  • The tutor may be reported as a defaulter across all Pakistan tutoring networks.

  • A police case or fine up to PKR 50,000 may be filed by the academy.

  • First, go to our official website and fill out the Tutor Registration Form.

  • Our team will review your profile and then contact you for an interview (online or in-person).

Once your registration is complete:

  • Our team will call or message you on WhatsApp or email about available tuitions.

  • You will also get daily tuition updates through our official WhatsApp status — make sure to save our number.

  • You will be added to a WhatsApp tutoring group for your area where new tuition alerts are posted.

  • Whenever a tuition matches your profile and area, we will contact you directly via WhatsApp or email.

At Allied Tutors, our goal is not only to provide students with quality education but also to offer tutors financial freedom. We want our teachers to feel confident and relaxed so they can fully focus on improving their students’ academic performance.

If you perform well in your first tuition and receive positive feedback from the student or parent, the academy will begin offering you multiple tuitions based on your availability and preferred schedule.

You can teach more than 5 tuitions per day if you’re available and committed. And with good performance, we also offer high-paying tuition opportunities, allowing you to earn up to PKR 150,000 per month or even more.

Yes, Allied Tutors takes the safety of all tutors seriously, especially our female teachers.

  • We verify each parent’s identity and home location before assigning any tutor.

  • Tutors are advised to share their live location during demo classes.

  • Female tutors are preferably assigned where another female or family member is present.

  • We have an internal emergency contact and safe-exit system for support.
    Your safety is our top priority, and we do everything we can to ensure a secure working environment.
