1. Introduction
Allied Tutors Pakistan connects qualified tutors with students seeking educational support through home and online tutoring. By registering, you agree to adhere to these terms to maintain a professional standard and a positive experience for all parties.
2. Tutor Responsibilities
A. Conduct and Professionalism
- Communication: Maintain clear, respectful, and professional communication with students, parents, and Allied Tutors Pakistan representatives. Avoid discussing private or sensitive topics unrelated to the tutoring sessions.
- Punctuality: Be punctual for all scheduled sessions. In case of emergencies, notify the student or parent as soon as possible and arrange a makeup class.
- Dress Code: Tutors are expected to dress appropriately and maintain a professional appearance during all sessions.
- Behavior: Maintain a formal relationship focused on academic matters. Inappropriate behavior or personal conduct with students or parents is strictly prohibited and may result in termination.
B. Confidentiality and Privacy
- Do not share your personal contact details or any confidential information related to Allied Tutors Pakistan, including commission rates or payment terms, without authorization.
- Keep all communication and transactions through official channels provided by Allied Tutors Pakistan. Direct contact outside of these channels is not permitted.
3. Session Requirements
A. Introductory Sessions
- Free Demo Classes: Tutors must offer a free demo class for up to two days, either online or in person, based on the agreement.
- Preparedness: Arrive prepared to deliver high-quality, engaging sessions that meet the student’s educational needs.
B. Tuition Conduct
- Session Length: Ensure that each session is conducted for the agreed-upon time and in accordance with the student’s requirements.
- Environment: Tutors are responsible for creating a conducive learning environment, free from distractions, and with all necessary materials readily available.
4. Payment and Fees
A. Payment Processing
- All payments for tutoring services in the first month must be made directly to Allied Tutors Pakistan. The company will transfer the agreed-upon fees to the tutor.
- From the second month onward, tutors may collect fees directly from students/parents, unless otherwise directed by the company.
B. Commission Structure
- First-Month Fees: A 50% commission is applied for fees below PKR 25,000, and a 60% commission is applied for fees of PKR 25,000 or more.
- Short-Term Tuition: For short-term assignments (45 days or less), a commission of 20%-40% will be applied, depending on the duration.
5. Termination and Withdrawal
A. Tutor Withdrawal
- Tutors may refuse an assignment during the demo period. However, once a student selects a tutor, they are required to complete at least the first month of tutoring.
- Withdrawal after assignment is permitted only in specific cases, such as unsatisfactory payout, changes in requirements, unsuitable teaching environments, or unprofessional behavior from students or parents.
B. Application Withdrawal
- Once your application has been shared with students or parents, it cannot be withdrawn.
6. Tutor Registration Fee
- A non-refundable registration fee must be paid to become a registered tutor. Payments must be made to the bank account details provided by Allied Tutors Pakistan representatives.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- If a demo session or class is to be rescheduled, tutors must notify Allied Tutors Pakistan at least 2-3 hours in advance.
- Excessive cancellations or rescheduling (more than three times) may result in a penalty fee ranging from PKR 1000-5000.
8. General Conditions
- Allied Tutors Pakistan reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued registration and use of our services imply acceptance of any changes.
- Any breach of these terms may result in removal from the Allied Tutors Pakistan platform.
